A women's circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen without judgement. They’re a place where women can explore their emotions and personal growth in a supportive environment. Set aside time for yourself and join us.

Women’s Circle: Setting Intentions

The new year evokes a feeling of creating a clean slate. Where New Year’s resolutions often focus on what we want to change or give up, setting intentions can help us set the direction of our year. Intentions are positive, open and focused on what we want to create. Let’s take this time to reflect, look forward and create intentions for our year ahead.

  • A women's circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen without judgement.

Women’s circles have ancient roots. They can be considered a form of ritualistic practice where women can explore their emotions and personal growth in a safe, supportive environment.

  • Women’s circles are focused on sharing and healing. As part of the process of sharing yourself with the women in your circle, you come to know yourself better. It’s a process of self-discovery that is filled with potential and exciting possibilities.

  • A facilitator guides the group through discussions and activities. All women in the group are treated as equal. Everything discussed is kept within the circle and strictly confidential.

  • If you are interested in cultivating deeper connections with other women, expressing your voice while being witnessed and supported, to heal, expand and be inspired on a personal and spiritual level, and to engage in a community of women with similar aspirations, you’re in the right place.

  • Ritualistic and ceremonial elements (we may use candles, crystals and other symbolic items and rituals)

Discussion of a theme of topic

Time to reflect, journal and share (whatever you’re comfortable with)

Activities designed to calm, create, release and visualize (creative expression, movement, breath work, guided meditation)
