Let me introduce myself

Hi, my name is Lisa.

I’m a lover of life with a passion for art, travel, and spirituality. These areas of interest have been an incredible source of personal growth and fulfillment for me. I’ve found that sharing my experiences with others inspires them to step out of their comfort zone and try something new, supporting their own personal growth and satisfaction. 

My passion for travel and learning about different cultures has lead me to many special places. I’ve traveled extensively in Mexico and Europe. More recently, I’ve been called to sacred, heart-opening spaces in Egypt, Peru and Kenya. One of my goals is to share experiences like these with other women to enrich their lives.

Along with that, art has been a source of creativity, self expression and healing for me. I have been making jewelry for over 30 years now. I have an affinity for glasswork and love making mosaics and blown glass.

Art and Soul Explorations LLC was born out of my passion to help other women lead their best lives through transformative experiences. I specialize in planning and facilitating events, retreats and trips focused on art, culture, and personal growth. By offering specially curated experiences to small, intimate groups of women, I provide a safe environment to try something new, help you learn and grow, and get the most out of life — all while connecting with other women on a similar soul journey.

The Healing Power of Art

I’ve always loved making art. Studying art throughout high school and college, I started as an art major and eventually completed my BA in English. I’ve studied drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, and more. Starting my career in graphic design, I eventually moved into digital marketing and ecommerce. An artist at my core, I continued to explore art through workshops, classes and self-teaching as an adult. I’m always excited to explore new mediums, and have a true passion for glasswork and jewelry making.

Whether through visual art, music, or the written word, I’ve found art to be an incredible source of creativity, self expression and healing for me. Inspired by the healing power of art, most recently, I pursued a therapeutic life coach certificate. Art and Soul Explorations events and retreats incorporate creative activities to tap into the healing power of art.
